Medway Asthma Self-Help (MASH) is a resource for people with asthma and their families.

A local charity, MASH has been helping the people of Medway in Kent (UK) since 1996 with information and support for people with asthma. Our doors are open to everyone and all our services are free.

2020 CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

MASH continues to support those with asthma even during the lockdown. We are offering one-to-one telephone consultations with our asthma nurse. All of our services are free. So if you need some support with your asthma, then please get in touch to book an appointment.

Our asthma nurse can reveiw your asthma, go over your asthma medication with you and inhaler/spacer technique, discuss your symptoms, help you with a personalised asthma action plan and discuss asthma triggers and hay fever.

We look forward to the return of 'face-to-face' advice sessions as soon as it is safe to do so, but in the interim telephone consultations will be available to anyone (new to MASH or seen before) as required.

MASH provides information and support to those who need it, including health professionals.

MASH works with GPs, hospitals and Asthma UK to raise awareness and knowledge of asthma for the people of Medway.

At Medway Asthma Self-Help you can:
