Asthma Talk and Support Group

WE HAVE SOME EXCITNG NEWS!!

We are launching a NEW support group in affilliation with Asthma and Lung UK, called Asthma Talk and Support.

Our first meeting is on Monday 20th April 10.30am-12noon.

What is this group for?

It is for you to come along and chat and learn about asthma. Anyone can join us, so if you have friends that have asthma connections, why not bring them along. 

Speaking to others with the same condition may help ease your anxiety, make you feel more at ease and less isolated. 

So why not pop along for a tea / coffee and join us for our first meeting.

Meeting 1 - Monday 20th April - Introduction, Asthma Quiz and a short talk about Asthma.
